Donating Money

We are sincerely grateful for all donations to our Food Pantry. Without the generosity of our community, we would not be able to offer services to our patrons. The Sauk Prairie Area Food Pantry is a 501(c)3 tax exempt corporation. All monetary donations are tax-deductible.

Benefits of Giving Money

Giving money allows the Food Pantry more options for helping our families in need.

  • We are able to purchase specific items that are in short supply and may not have been otherwise donated. 
  • Your money goes farther. The Food Pantry is able to purchase groceries at a reduced or bulk rate from various retailers or Second Harvest. 
  • Money doesn't have an expiration date. We are able to allocate funds throughout the year to high-volume times when it can do the most good. 

How to Donate

Checks may be sent directly to Sauk Prairie Area Food Pantry at PO Box 652, Sauk City, WI 53583. You will receive a written acknowledgment of your donation for tax purposes in the mail within 2-3 weeks. 

Online donations can be entered on our website. You may make a one-time donation or set up a recurring donation amount.

First Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30 pm, Drive Through

Second Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30 pm, Inside Pantry

Third Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30 am, Inside Pantry

Fourth Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30 pm, Inside Pantry

Fifth Wednesday NO distribution

Please note: If school closes due to inclement weather, the pantry does too. No school, no pantry!
